Personalysis Launches Online eLearning Program

HOUSTON, TX -- Personalysis Corporation has announced the launch and commercial availability of its on-demand employee on-boarding, retention and management tool.

The company calls it the Personalysis Basics Online.  The new or existing employee fills out a questionnaire which indicates the personalized training course that he or she should follow to maximize their productivity.

The eLearning course contains 16 modules  and takes from six to eight hours to complete.  The company says the end result is an employee who understands their personality better and is more productive at work.
