ONStor Raises Venture Capital Financing

CAMPBELL, CA -- Storage networking company ONstor, Inc. has secured $14.88 million of its series F financing round from a syndicate of venture capital investors.

ONstor provides enterprises with a hardware and software solution that consolidates company-wide file services on a multi-vendor storage platform.

Investors were Foundation Capital, Velocity Interactive Group, Worldview Technology Partners and Mayfield Fund.  Proceeds purposes were not disclosed.
