Central Desktop Clears Series A Funding Of $7 Million

PASADENA, CA -- Software company Central Desktop said that it has received a $7 million investment for its first round of institutional financing.

Central Desktop provides a business collaboration platform for middle market companies that enables enterprise teams to connect, collaborate and manage information via customizable workspaces.

OpenView Venture Partners made the investment.  The company said it would use the funds to accelerate both its research & development and sales & marketing efforts.
