Zogenix Adds Two To Senior Management Team

SAN DIEGO, CA -- Specialty pharmaceutical company Zogenix has announced the appointment of two key individuals to its senior management team.

Dr. Cynthia "Candy" Robinson is now the Chief Development Officer responsible for driving clinical development activities for the company's drug candidate ZX002.

The second hire, Mark Thompson, will assume the duties of Vice President, Sales and Managed Markets.  Mr. Thompson was previously Vice President, Sales at Valeant Pharmaceuticals, where he led all sales activities for their hepatology and neuroscience efforts.
