SAN DIEGO, CA -- Pharmaceutical company BrainCells Inc. announced that
it has closed its second round of financing with an additional $20
million. The total round now stands at $50 million.
BrainCells
is a drug discovery company targeting therapies for depression, related
neuropsychiatric disorders and other central system diseases.
New
Enterprise Associates and Alexandria Real Estate Equities participated
in the additional funding, along with the company's previous investors. |
