SAN RAMON, CA -- Online company Reply.com announced the launch of its "liquid lead marketplace" for lead buyers and sellers.

The company has created a platform that creates an auction-based environment for the buying and selling of leads in a manner that allows buyers to have greater control over quality, volume and pricing of lead purchases.
