Coremetrics Closes Series E At $60 Million

SAN MATEO, CA -- Internet analytics company Coremetrics said that it has raised $60 million in its fifth round of venture capital financing.

Coremetrics provides on-demand website analytics and marketing solutions to enterprises.  The company says it has the only such platform that delivers LIVE information (Lifetime Individual Visitor Experience).

3i Venture Capital led the round, which included previous investors Highland Capital Partners, Accel Partners and FTVentures.  The company said it would use the funding proceeds to expand its sales and marketing efforts.
