SensorLogic Collects $9 Million Third Round

ADDISON, TX -- IT services company SensorLogic announced the close of its series C round of venture capital financing, raising $9 million from its existing investors.

SensorLogic provides technology to enterprises that enables them to monitor, control and optimize their assets via an on-demand platform.  Businesses can also create business rules and processes for their equipment.

Investors in the round were Boston Millennia Partners, Sevin Rosen Funds, Hunt Ventures, Star Ventures and STARTech Early Ventures.  The company said it would use the proceeds to expand its sales and marketing efforts.
