Certica Solutions Secures $3 Million Venture Capital

WAKEFIELD, MA -- Software maker Certica Solutions has raised a new round of venture capital financing, receiving $3.3 million.

Certica provide data certification solutions, which assist enterprises and government agencies in identifying, reporting and monitoring data integrity issues.

Brook Venture Partners made the investment.  The company said it would use the proceeds to expand its presence in the public school district market nationwide.
