Parature Pulls In $16 Million Fresh Venture Capital

VIENNA, VA -- Software company Parature announced that it has raised $16 million in a second round of venture capital funding.

Parature provides online support software to enterprises via its modular suite.  The applications enable companies to provide self-service information to their customers via their website.

Accel Partners was the lead investor.  Other investors were Sierra Ventures, Valhalla Partners and individual investors.
