Ugobe Clears Expansion Venture Capital Funding Round

Emeryville, California --  Consumer robotic toy company Ugobe has closed its series C round in the amount of $12.8 million.

Ugobe has developed a consumer, robotic toy in the form of a dinosaur that responds to sight, human touch and sound through many sensors located throughout its body and skin.

Hyield Venture Capital invested in the round, according to a report in PE Hub.  Proceeds purposes were not disclosed.
