Neocleus Lands $11 Million Series B Funding

Jersey City, New Jersey -- IT company Neocleus announced that it has received $11.4 million in its second institutional venture capital funding round.

Neocleus is an IT virtualization company.  It focuses on endpoint virtualization, which extends this capability to laptops, desktops and thin client devices, while maintaining security, provisioning and cost benefits.

Battery Ventures led the round, which also included Gemini Israel Funds.  The company did not disclose how the proceeds would be used.
