BridgeWave Raises New Venture Capital Financing

Santa Clara, California -- Wireless telecommunications equipment company BridgeWave Communications said that it has secured $10 million in new venture capital funding.

BridgeWave, which was founded in 1999, supplies Gigabit Ethernet outdoor wireless equipment to telecommunications companies, enterprises and government and military network providers.

Core Capital Partners and Intel Capital co-led the round.  The company said it would use the funding to continue development of its Gigabit wireless technologies.
