Persystent Garners Series A Venture Capital Funding

Tampa, Florida  -- IT company Persystent Technologies announced that it has raised $11.6 million in its series A funding round.

The company provides solutions to automatically repair and configure desktop computers in the enterprise.  Its products are also integrated with third-party desktop tools and have green computing power management features.

The investment syndicate included ABS Ventures, Valhalla Partners, Inflection Partners, Tall Oaks Capital Partners and Village Ventures.  Funding proceeds will be used for working capital to expand both sales and marketing as well as research and development.
