Rally Software Snags $17 Million Series C Funding

Boulder, Colorado -- Software company Rally Software announced that it has secured $16.85 million in its third financing round.

Rally provides Agile lifecycle management software and related services to software developers worldwide.  The company says that its software and services can dramatically shorten application development cycles, increase quality and speed value delivery.

MDV-Mohr Davidow Ventures led the round, which included Boulder Ventures, Mobius Venture Capital and Vista Ventures.  The company said it would use the funding proceeds to broaden its sales footprint across the US by establishing sales presences in Boston and Silicon Valley.
