Infopia Injects $12 Million In New Venture Capital

Salt Lake City, Utah -- E-Commerce company Infopia announced that it has received $12 million in its third round of institutional venture capital financing.

Infopia provides an e-commerce platform that helps businesses to integrate and fully execute the online inventory to cash business cycle.  The system allows online companies to integrate with major marketplaces and search engines such as eBay, Amazon, Shopping.com, Overstock.com, Yahoo and Google.

UV Partners was the lead investor, along with Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Trident Capital.  The company said it would use the funds as working capital to accelerate the execution of its business plan.
