Apple Store Hosts iPhone App Launches

Cupertino, California --  Ahead of the imminent launch the Apple iPhone 3G, numerous companies have launched their software applications for the iPhone.

Apple is hosting the applications on its online "App Store", a place where users can pay for and download their favorite applications for the new phone.

Examples of companies that have developed applications are MySpace, PayPal, the New York Times, Iconfactory and EA.
