Yahoo Announces Ad Supported Online Gaming

Sunnyvale, California --  Internet company Yahoo! Announced that its games, property will now offer ad supported, downloadable casual games from a number of publishers.

The company says that it will have more than 400 ad supported games available to users by the end of 2008.

In game advertising allows Yahoo! and its publishing partners to monetize their game offerings, while providing quality casual games applications to users free of charge.
