Apprion Receives $4 Million Strategic Investment

Moffett Field, California -- Wireless company Apprion announced that it has raised $4 million in strategic investment from a corporate partner.

Apprion provides wireless application network systems specifically targeted for the process manufacturing industry.  The company focuses its products to satisfy communications requirements for large and complex industrial environments.

Motorola Ventures made the investment, which was part of a second venture capital round that included Anvil Investment Associates, CTTV Investments, Advanced Technology Ventures and Allegis Capital.  Proceed purposes from the investment were not disclosed.
