Open HPC Management Project Launched

Lisle, Illinois --  Software company Univa UD announced the launch of the Open HPC Management Interoperability Project on its open-source community website, Grid.org.

The new project is a collaboration with initial partners Sun Microsystems, Grid Gateway, Runtime Design Automation and BioTeam Inc.

The project's primary goal is to simplify the challenges of managing high-performance computing cluster systems in an open source environment.
