Good Data Gets $2 Million Venture Capital

Cambridge, Massachusetts --  Software company Good Data Corp. announced that it has received $2 million in venture capital funding from a syndicate of individual and fund investors.

Good Data provides a platform for what it calls "collaborative analytics."  With this platform, it enables teams to better share reports and arrive at more valuable business intelligence.

Individual investors, Esther Dyson, Tim O'Reilly, Roman Stanek and venture capital partnership Windcrest Partners made the investment.  The company said that the funding would enable it to deliver its platform for midsized business intelligence projects.
