Boomi Nets Series A Funding Of $4 Million

Berwyn, Pennsylvania -- Software company Boomi announced that it has raised its first venture capital funding round of $4 million.

The company provides business integration solutions for small and midsize businesses via its on-demand software suite, with prices starting at $65 a month per user.

FirstMark Capital led the round, which included other undisclosed venture investors.  The company said that the investment would be used to accelerate its go-to-market strategy for cloud-based data and application integration services.
