Colubris Networks Acquired By HP

Palo Alto, California --  HP said that it has acquired Colubris Networks for an undisclosed sum, according to a company announcement.

The Colubris Networks Intelligent Mobility Solution provides wireless integrated access, security and management products to enterprises and service providers.

According to HP, the acquisition will strengthen its ProCurve hardware line, management platform and services.
