1Cast Raises Series A Venture Capital

Kirkland, Washington --  Internet company 1Cast announced that it has raised an unspecified amount of venture capital financing in its first round.

1Cast has developed a web and mobile-based video delivery system that allows users to create their own personalized video news feeds from numerous news sources on topics that interest them.

The financing round was led by Eagle River Holdings and included other undisclosed investors.  The company did not disclose how it would use the funding proceeds.
