San Jose, California -- Wireless communication company Nth Air announced the launch and deployment of a wireless broadband solution across the areas of western San Jose and Santa Clara, California.

Using the 3.65 GHz WiMAX spectrum, the company installed new fixed point to multipoint capabilities that will allow businesses in the area to be able to access online connectivity of data, voice and video.

“Launching the San Jose network allows us to bring Nth Net business-class Internet connectivity and other services to the San Jose metro area,” said Craig Niemeyer, chief executive officer and president of Nth Air. “Being the first to deliver services, in the Silicon Valley, using WiMAX technology has been our goal. Now that we have done so in our own backyard, we intend to expand rapidly into other markets.”
