TransPerfect Launches Global Virtual Data Room

New York, New York --  Software company TransPerfect announced the launch of what it calls the world's first global virtual data room (VDR) available in over 20 languages.

VDRs host due diligence documents for M&A transactions between enterprises, allowing access on a need to know basis.

TransPerfect VP of Legal Technology, Jordan Ellington added, “A US-based seller of a business will now have the capacity to simultaneously offer potential buyers an electronic document sharing environment that they can utilize fully—in over 50 global markets.
