Adisn, Inc.
has raised $1 million in its series A venture capital funding round.
Adisn is a next generation advertising network that says it uses relationship data from the social Web to enhance its ability to target ads at the most conducive consumers.
Battery Ventures made the investment. The company did not disclose how it would use the funding proceeds.
