Altor Adds $15 Million New Venture Capital

Miramar, Florida --  Biotechnology company Altor BioScience Corp. has raised $15 million in its series C round of venture capital funding, according to a report in VentureWire.

Altor is developing a class of therapeutic products that better treat viral infections, cancer and autoimmune diseases.

Investors in the financing round were not disclosed.  Altor is headed by Chief Executive Officer Hing Wong.
