Elastra Receives $12 Million In New Venture Capital

San Francisco, California --  Software company Elastra Corp. has closed its series B round of venture capital financing, raising $12 million from VC firms and a new strategic investor.

Elastra provides technologies that enable their customers to build applications more quickly by simplifying and automating how they architect, deploy and manage their infrastructure.

The round was led by Bay Partners, and included Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and strategic investor Amazon.com.  The company said it would use the funds to invest in further product development and accelerate customer growth.
