Eye-Fi Sees $11 Million Second Venture Funding

Mountain View, California -- Mobile company Eye-Fi has announced that it received $11 million in its series B round of venture capital financing.

Eye-Fi has developed a solution that allows users to send images directly from a camera to a variety of destinations for instant sharing.

Translink Capital led the round, which included Opus Capital, Shasta Ventures and others.  The company said it would use the funding to develop its technology further and scale its organization and market development activities.
