GuardID Identifies Series B Venture Capital Funding

San Mateo, California -- Security software company GuardID Systems has secured $11 million in its second round of institutional venture capital financing.

GuardID develops and sells anti-phishing and pharming products to consumers, to assist them in preventing online identity theft and other fraud.

Prism VentureWorks led the round, which included Trinity Ventures. The company said the funding would allow it to expand their product development and sales and marketing activities.
