SquareTrade Signs On Venture Debt Funding

San Francisco, California --  Internet company SquareTrade announced that it has received a $4 million round of venture debt funding.

SquareTrade has developed a website that allows purchasers of consumer goods to obtain product warranties with lower prices than previously found.

BlueCrest Capital Finance provided the debt financing. The company said that the funding will allow it to accelerate its marketing efforts.
