Anagran Nets Expansion Venture Capital Funding

Redwood City, California  --  Networking company Anagran announced that it has raised $8.6 million in its series D round of venture capital financing.

The company is developing "cost effective, fast, QoS capable, IPv4/IPv6 Flow State Aware routers" for the telecommunications service provider market.

Investors in the round were Advanced Technology Ventures, ArrowPath Venture Partners and Draper Fisher Jurvetson. The company said it would use the funding to expand its global sales presence.
