Highwinds Network Lands Investment Round

Winter Park, Florida --  Networking company Highwinds Network Group announced that it has raised a new round of venture capital financing.

Highwinds has developed content replication and delivery software for network management, distributed file systems, and content routing methods.

The European Founders Fund made the investment, which the company said would be used specifically for strategic expansion in Europe.
