ChannelAdvisor Collects $20 Million Series D

Morrisville, North Carolina -- Internet company ChannelAdvisor Corporation announced that it has raised $20 million in its fourth round of venture capital financing from a syndicate of investors.

ChannelAdvisor has developed online marketplace technology that enables companies large and small to utilize online resources to acquire customers and maximize inventory yield.

New Enterprise Associates led the round, which include Advanced Technology Ventures, Kodiak Venture Partners and Southern Capitol Ventures. Proceeds purposes were not disclosed.
