Ardian Accepts $30 Million Venture Capital Funding

Menlo Park, California  --  Medical device company Ardian (no website) has secured $30 million in a new round of institutional venture capital financing.

Ardian is developing a medical device to treat congestive heart failure conditions.

Investors in the round included Advanced Technology Ventures, Morgenthaler Ventures and others. The company did not disclose how the funding proceeds would be used.
