DealerTrack Launches Auto Dealership CRM

Lake Success, New York  --  Software company DealerTrack Systems announced the launch of an improved customer relationship management (CRM) and lead management solution for automotive dealers.

The new system helps dealers communicate more effectively with their customers via multiple channels, as well as highlighting new sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
