WordStream Picks Up $4 Million Series A

Boston, Massachusetts  --  Internet company WordStream announced that it has garnered $4 million in its first round of venture capital financing.

WordStream provides a hosted software service that helps users create and optimize their paid and natural search engine marketing processes.

Sigma Partners made the investment. The company did not disclose how it would use the financing proceeds.
