Ecast Raises $17 Million In New Venture Capital

San Francisco, California  --  Media company eCast has secured $17 million in a new round of institutional venture capital investment.

eCast runs a broadband network of digital touchscreen jukeboxes that it says serves music and advertising to over 42 million consumers per month.

Investors in the round were not disclosed, nor was how the company intends to use the funding proceeds.
