GroundWork Garners Series D Funding Of $5 Million

San Francisco, California  --  Open source software company GroundWork Open Source has landed $5 million in venture capital financing for its fourth round.

GroundWork develops enterprise open source-based systems and network monitoring and management software.

Investors in the round included Canaan Partners, Mayfield Fund, Jafco Ventures America and SAP Ventures. The company said that the funding would be used to "help further execute on its vision of delivering a disruptive solution."
