GetJar Launches Mobile App Download Service

San Mateo, California  --  Application storefront GetJar announced the launch of a new service to help application developers convert mobile visitors into application users.

Called the App Download Page, the service helps content owners and developers provide a simple sign-up experience for users to download the right mobile application for their phone.

The system works independent of device platform, model or carrier and allows developers to upload and manage their application downloads on the developer site.
