Copanion Clears $10 Million Series B Venture Capital

Andover, Massachusetts  --  Software company Copanion has secured $10.2 million in its second round of institutional venture capital investment.

Copanion sells software that digitizes data from paper-based forms and PDF files with a high degree of accuracy.

Investors in the round included Commonwealth Capital Ventures and Pilot House Ventures Group.  The company did not disclose how the funding proceeds would be used.
