Eventbrite Raises $6 Million Series C Venture Capital

San Francisco, California  --  Internet company Eventbrite has secured $6 million in a third round of venture capital funding.

Eventbrite provides outsourced online event management and ticketing services.

Sequoia Capital made the investment.  The company did not disclose how the financing proceeds would be used, though it is likely to be for sales and marketing expansion purposes.
