Stretch Seals $10 Million Venture Capital Financing

Sunnyvale, California  --  Semiconductor company Stretch has garnered $10 million in a new round of institutional venture capital investment.

Stretch says that it is "delivering a family of software configurable processors, the first to embed programmable logic within the processor."

Investors in the round were not disclosed.  The company said it would use the funding proceeds to expand operations, design its next chip and hopefully hit profitability.
