Boston Globe Launches Digital Newspaper Version

Boston, Massachusetts -- Media company The Boston Globe has announced the launch of a new digital version of its newspaper.

Called the GlobeReader, the new product will be a downloaded piece of software powered by Adobe AIR and is designed to resemble the look and feel of the print version of the newspaper.

The online site has been providing a preview edition for the past several months and the new product will include many enhancements, additions of content and other design improvements.
