RunMyErrand Grabs $1 Million Series A Venture Capital

Charlestown, Massachusetts  --  Internet company RunMyErrand has garnered $1 million in first-round venture capital investment.

RunMyErrand has developed a website that allows people who need errands to be run to contract directly with runners.

Baseline Ventures and Maples Investments made the investment.  The company said that the funding will allow it to add staff and expand operations from Boston to also include the city of San Francisco.
