Clarizen Clears $8 Million Series C Venture Capital

San Mateo, California  --  Software company Clarizen has secured $8 million in its third round of institutional venture capital investment.

Clarizen has developed a software as a service solution for enterprise grade project management applications.

Investors in the round were DAG Ventures, Benchmark Capital and Carmel Ventures.  The company said it would use the additional funding to "boost its reach and strengthen its leadership position in the online work and project management markets."
