Sidley Austin Launches Silicon Valley Office

Palo Alto, California  --  Corporate law firm Sidley Austin LLP has announced the opening of a new office in Palo Alto, California.

As an expansion of the firm's existing offices in San Francisco and Los Angeles, the office will launch with practices in the areas of corporate, technology transactions and IP litigation.

Tom DeFilipps will serve as the office managing partner and joins the firm from noted Silicon Valley technology firm Wilson Sonsini, where he practiced since 1982.
