Inside Contactless Clears Strategic Venture Capital

Aix-En-Provence, France  --  Semiconductor company Inside Contactless said that it has secured $5.2 million in a new round of strategic investment.

Inside is a fabless semiconductor company that provides semiconductor platforms for contactless applications "including bank card payments and near field communications.

Qualcomm made the investment.  The company didn't say how the funding proceeds would be used.
