San Jose, California -- Software company Locaxion announced the launch of a new software that helps golfers to see and measure distances on the golf course.
Called AirVue Golf, the software allows golfers to use their Apple iPhone and GPS capabilities to measure distances to any point on the course and see a satellite image for visualization purposes.
“AirVue Golf truly brings the capabilities of very expensive GPS devices onto a golfer’s iPhone at a fraction of the price,” said Pratish Shah, Co-founder, Locaxion. “We think golfers will like seeing satellite images of their course, and get GPS accurate distances to anywhere on the course without having to carry another separate bulky device while golfing.” |
